1. Students who had travelled to affected countries and returned on or after 22nd June 2009 will be issued the leave of absence. Students who have been issued the leave of absence are NOT to participate in any school - related activities. Click here for the list of affected countries.
The leave of absence will be mailed to you at your official mailing address, which you have given to your form teacher in the beginning of the year. If you have changed your address, please call the school at 64577783 to update..
2. All students are to re-submit their Travel Declaration Form on 29 June 2009. Please download the form here, fill it in and bring it on the first day of school. Please inform your friends, especially those without access to the Internet, this important message.
Students without printers are advised to check with fellow Mayflowerians for assistance. The school will provide the necessary administrative support for students without these facilities.
3. Students are to bring their thermometers EVERYDAY to school until further notice. Please be reminded that you are to report to school on 29 June 2009 by 8.45am. Do come properly groomed and ready for lessons.
